The mission of The Art Center is to nurture and promote regional artists and art as a service to our diverse community. Over the past 40 years, The Art Center has evolved into a thriving intersection of creativity and community located in the heart of Corpus Christi’s bayfront district. The Mission of the Texas Maritime Museum is to excite and educate the public about Texas Maritime history and artifacts. This museum honors the military history of Ingleside and the surrounding area. ‘Dedicated to keeping our warbirds flying and honoring our veterans’ their mission is to maintain a permanent presence in the community to preserve the Coastal Bend’s involvement in the military - both past and present. They teach about, and preserve history, through restoring military aircraft and sharing the memories of people who paid the ultimate price for our freedom from WWII to the present.
